2. PERSONAL DATA

2.1. Scope of Processing

To register for full access to the Website and utilize our SaaS Services, where personal data is requested, you may be asked for your name, age or birth date, email, address, nationality and/or other personal data about you.

If you create an account on the Website, we will collect your login details for security purposes. These details will not be shared with any third parties.

Every time you visit our Website or Documentation, or utilize any of our SaaS Services, your IP address, your devices’ MAC address, and the dates of access will be logged (log data).

The data is always transmitted via an SSL secured channel.

You hereby agree that all personal data you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete. By providing personal data to us when you create or update your account, you are expressly and voluntarily accepting the terms and conditions of the Website’s Terms of Use.

You understand that, by creating an account on the Website, we and other third parties will be able to identify you by your Website account profile, and you allow the Website to use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

2.2. Purpose of Processing

The purpose of processing of your submitted personal data is to provide our services, improve functionality of our website, and targeted advertising and promotions based on individual preferences.

We log your IP and MAC addresses to prevent abuse of our services, and for broad demographic analysis.

We use your email address to send you information about your account with the Website, and marketing information. You can opt out of our promotional emails at any time.

If you buy a package or subscribe to our services, your name, company, and address will be used to generate your retail invoice and to prevent fraud. If you require a tax invoice for your business, then your provided tax registration number will be used to generate the same.

2.3. Data Deletion and Storage Period

Once to decide to delete your account on the Website, you can use the “Delete Account” button in your account dashboard. If you delete your account, all your personal data except email will be permanently deleted within 7 days.

Your email and all log data are deleted after 180 days.

The personal data collected for the paid services will be deleted after the expiry of the applicable tax and commercial law retention and documentation obligations.

2.4. Possibility of Objection and Removal

You can modify the data in your account dashboard, and you can delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, your personal data shall be handled in accordance with clause 2.3 above.

3. YOUR RIGHTS

You can modify your delete your data at any time. If your personal data is processed, you are a data subject/principal and you have the following rights vis-Ă -vis the data controller:

    (i) If your personal data is processed, you have the right to obtain information from the data controller about the data stored about you.
    (ii) If incorrect personal data is processed, you have a right to rectification.
    (iii) If the legal requirements are met, you may request the deletion or restriction of processing.
    (iv) If the personal data concerning you is processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of the personal data concerning you for the purpose of such marketing; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is related to such marketing. If you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data concerning you will no longer be processed for these purposes.

The Website, Documentation and our SaaS Services are hosted on servers of cloud service providers commissioned by us.

5. PAYMENT AND CREDIT CHECK

5.1. Description and Scope of Processing

We offer our customers various payment options for processing costs incurred through the provision of our services. For this purpose, we forward customers to the platform of the corresponding payment service provider (payment gateway), depending on the payment option. After completion of the payment process, we receive the payment data of the customers from the payment service providers or our bank and process them in our systems for invoicing and accounting.

5.2. Purpose of Processing

The transmission of payment data to payment service providers happens via SSL secured channel and serves to process the payment made by a customer against any of our services.

The processing of the payment data is necessary for the execution of the concluded purchase contract.

5.3. Duration of Storage

All payment data will only be stored for as long as they are needed for payment processing, as well as for combating misuse of our services.

Furthermore, payment data may be stored beyond this if and as long as this is necessary to comply with statutory retention periods or to prosecute a specific case of misuse.

Your personal data will be deleted upon the expiry of the statutory retention obligations, as applicable.

5.4. Possibility of Objection and Removal

You can revoke your consent to the processing of your payment data at any time by deleting your account with us. However, the payment service provider used may still be retaining your data, on which we have no control. These third-party payment service providers may have their own privacy policies governing the storage and retention of your personal data and security gateway password that you may be subjected to. It is recommended that you review the third-party payment service provider's privacy policy as it relates to safeguarding your personal data.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

    6.1. The Website is NOT directed to or intended for people under the age of eighteen (18) years.
    6.2. We may release personally identifiable information (such as name, age, address, email, etc.) and/or non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous user usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, etc.) if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with any law or to respond to a court order or an order from any governing body or statutory authority.

In the unlikely event that we sell some or all of our assets, or our Website and Documentation are acquired by another company, information about our visitors may be among the transferred assets.
